Weighted vests are a great therapy tool 

They should be used under the direction of an OT or PT.

Our weighted vests are made from fabrics that your child will enjoy wearing.  Popular choices include Thomas the Tank Engine, Cars, Diego, Dora, Scooby, and more.  We can also do plain colors.  Weighted vests only work if you can get your child to wear them!

Each vest is made to slip over your child's head (ample room) and velcro closed under the arms.  Inside there are 4 pockets for you to add weights.  Recommended weights are beanbags or flattened non-toxic, non-hardening modeling clay in a ziplock bag.  I find that allowing you to work with your OT or PT to determine the weight is best as you can adjust it to fit your needs and the growing needs of your child.
